What is ChatRoom.co.in?
A free website with live chat rooms where adults meet new people by text, voice and webcam, right in the browser.
Is it free?
Yes. Public rooms, private messages, voice and webcam are all free.
Do I have to register?
No. Enter as a guest with a nickname. A free account is optional if you want to keep your name.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. It is built for Android and iPhone browsers, including microphone and camera.
How do I allow my mic and camera?
Your browser asks the first time you start voice or video: tap Allow. If you blocked it, tap the lock icon in the address bar, switch Camera and Microphone to Allow, and reload.
Who can use the chat?
Adults aged 18 or older who follow the room rules and our Terms of Use.
Can I chat in my own language?
Yes. There are rooms for Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Punjabi and other languages, and you can type in any script.
Why can't I log in inside the embedded chat on iPhone?
Some browsers, especially Safari, restrict cookies inside embedded frames. Tap “Full screen” on the chat page to open the chat directly.
How do I delete my account?
Email us from the Contact page with your nickname and we will delete it.
Is there a mobile app?
No app is needed. Add the website to your home screen from your browser menu for app-like access.
